Shipping policy
Processing and Fulfillment Time
Orders may take 2-4 business days to ship after they are placed. When your order is shipped, you should receive a shipment confirmation email. If not, please email lyrickascreationscontact@gmail.com.
Shipping Locations
As of July 2024, Lyricka's Creations is only shipping within the United States. Future changes are possible and if so will be announced on the website and our social media pages @lyrickascreations.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout through USPS. Customers may choose their preferred shipping method when checking out. Unfortunately we do not control the costs, it is determined by weight and location.
Preorders
Should there be an item on preorder, processing and fulfillment time will take longer and vary based on when the product will be restocked. Notifications will get sent out when preorder items have shipped. Updates will also be shared on social media pages @lyrickascreations.
Tracking Orders
Once your order has shipped you should receive an email with a tracking number. When possible, it is highly recommended to sign up for text or email updates from the postal carrier chosen to ensure you are aware when your package is expected to arrive and has been delivered.
An alternative and helpful option for tracking orders is to use the Shop App if installed on your device for automatic updates when notifications are on.
