Refund policy

Returns

We will not accept returns for the following products: art prints, photo prints, bookmarks, tote bags, stickers, and keychains.

For clutch bags and accessory pouches, if there is an issue with the product you’ve received, please email lyrickascreationscontact@gmail.com within 2 days of the product being delivered for more help.

When submitting a return request, we ask that you include details about the item received to help speed up the communication process. This includes but is not limited to:

  1. Picture(s) of the item received and any damages or issues
  2. Order number(s)
  3. Email used to place the order
  4. Date order was placed and received

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers will be responsible to cover any shipping costs and/or labels to send back an item if the return is approved. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Jewelry Returns

To be eligible for a return, your jewelry item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase. Requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the package.

  3. Email used to place the order
  4. Date order was placed and received

If your jewelry return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers will be responsible to cover any shipping costs and/or labels to send back an item if the return is approved. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny a return for any reason.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery for help with damaged items. Specific details for damaged jewelry items are below.

Jewelry:

If jewelry is damaged upon arrival, we ask that you contact us within 2 days of delivery and email us a photo at lyrickascreations.com showing the damages to your jewelry item. Jewelry must be unworn and unused when submitting a return or refund request. We will not replace any jewelry with damaged caused by the customer while wearing it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  1. Sale items
  2. Misprinted products (disclaimer of products being misprinted is shown before, during, and after payment process)
  3. Gift cards


Exchanges
We will not make exchanges for products purchased on the Lyricka’s Creations website unless an item has been deemed defective or broken upon arrival. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to send a request to return the item you have to lyrickascreationscontact@gmail.com. Then, if the return is accepted and processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Items Received and Details

For every product in the Lyricka’s Creations store we add as much information about each product as possible to help during the purchasing process. These details include size, material(s), and visual images to help. We ask that customers carefully read details when and before placing orders to prevent any confusion upon arrival.


Refunds
After a return has been received, we will notify you once inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If refunds are taking a while to process, it may be due to the timing of your bank’s processing system. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at lyrickascreationscontact@gmail.com so we can look further into the matter.
